Quality and Food Safety Policy

WANDUFRESH, S.L. encompasses all activities, from agriculture to the commercialization of fresh products worldwide.

Our quality and food safety policy is based on the following management codes:

• Leadership.

Management acts as the leader of the quality and food safety management system, actively contributing to continuous improvement and to the culture of product safety.

 Customer satisfaction.

We must constantly ensure that we meet the demands and expectations of our customers.

 Training, qualification, and responsibility.

Management will promote the necessary training to achieve a highly qualified workforce, which will help increase our competitiveness in the market and differentiate us from our competitors. We have committed and loyal staff in accordance with our personal ethics standards, as well as with the development of our corporate social responsibility.

• Continuous improvement and excellence.

We consider continuous improvement to be a permanent objective of the system, as a method to constantly increase the quality perceived by our customers and guide us towards excellence.

• Compliance with requirements.

By meeting all applicable requirements, customer requirements, current legislation, and other general applicable requirements. We have an HACCP system based on Codex Alimentarius principles to ensure monitoring and control of food safety from our suppliers and the products they provide.

We require our suppliers to carry out analyses in accredited external laboratories and maintain exhaustive documentary control of all supplied products, in order to guarantee the highest standards of quality and food safety.

We ensure that inspections are carried out during loading activities and transportation, in order to guarantee the quality and food safety of the product until the intended final destination.

We will promote internal and external communication regarding quality in the work we carry out in our organization

We will contribute to sustainable development by incorporating a strong environmental commitment into our integrated strategy, ensuring optimal conditions in connection with continuous improvement and pollution prevention.
